We specialize in creating professionally designed, creative posters tailored for medical professionals, hospitals, and healthcare practitioners. All services offered are digital design services and delivered online via email or other digital means.

2. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

  • Once payment is made, it confirms your order for poster designing services.

  • Prices are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise stated.

  • We do not store your card or banking details.

3. Delivery of Services

  • Poster designs are delivered digitally within the agreed timeline, usually via email or shared drive link.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on the scope of the project and the information provided by the client.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Due to the digital nature of our services, once a poster design is delivered, no refunds or cancellations are allowed.

  • If you face any issue (e.g., file not opening, missing information), we will ensure corrections/revisions as per the original scope of work.

  • Refunds will only be processed in case of duplicate payments or technical errors in transaction.

5. Revisions & Modifications

  • Clients are entitled to a limited number of revisions (as per the package chosen).

  • Major changes or new requests beyond the agreed scope will be treated as a new order.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All final poster designs delivered to clients are for their personal/professional use only.

  • We retain the right to showcase the designs in our portfolio or marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim the design as their own without authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for how clients use the posters in their practice, marketing, or promotions.

  • We do not guarantee business outcomes or patient inflow from the use of our designs.

  • Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid by the client for the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh.
